Reception

We have 5 medical reception staff - Dianne, Linda, Eryn, Lily and Susan. The reception staff are specially trained to help you gain access to different members of the practice team. They will help you with appointments, give you test results where appropriate, pass on messages and deal with other enquiries you may have. If you are asked about the nature of your call, it is because this is helpful information for the doctor to have. In a busy practice the receptionist are often hard pressed, so please be patient. All practice staff are bound by the same rules of confidentiality.

Community Nurses

Provide skilled nursing care for patients in their own home. They do dressings, bathing of the disabled at home, advise about incontinence and nursing appliances, all aspects of short and long-term nursing care of patients at home. Support and advice for carers of patients at home. They can be contacted on 554231.

Health Visitors

Health visitors follow the Universal Health Visiting Pathway providing home visits to assess child development. They are also available for help and advice on all aspects of health care for mothers, babies and pre-school children. Your Health Visitors are Angela Hendrie (01324 574549) and Blaise Rae (01324 574522).
